Heralded as the latest ‘go-to’ detox item, charcoal is all the rave at the moment! Eat it, drink it, brush your teeth with it AND use it as a face mask! Charcoal facial masks are great for refreshing your look (which is great over this Christmas party season) – but the store bought masks can get very pricy. Here is a super quick and easy homemade activated charcoal facial mask that you can whip up at home in 2 minutes and it will leave you with a beautiful, fresh glow!
The silly season is upon us! Here at Rejuvenated for Life, we are not about telling you what you can and can’t do. You are a big kid – you can figure that one out for yourself! There are many harmful ingredients in commercial deodorants and as the demand for natural alternatives rises, we start to see more friendly versions such as an aluminium free deodorant or a paraben free deodorant on the market. These little paleo cheesecake bites are full of zesty lemon flavour with sweet and nutty paleo crust. They are great for entertaining or to have in the fridge for a little afternoon treat. Their size makes them ideal for lunch boxes too. For those of you looking for a grain-free, dairy-free, paleo version of a lemon cheesecake, this is a great recipe to try. These can be turned into vegan cheesecake cupcakes by replacing gelatine with something like agar agar.

Standing desks – are they beneficial? Do they benefit our health and get us moving more? What is a 9-5 seated day doing to our health? Should we be standing for 8 hours? We dive in (or rather stand up) and investigate!
Your daily food routine – does is sound something like this?
Breakfast – Your alarm goes off and you hit the snooze button for five more minutes. You then jump out of bed, race to the shower and then head to the kitchen. While in the kitchen, you are scrolling through the social media on your phone, you make a coffee and then lean against the bench scoffing down your breakfast while trying to put your shoes on.
